HEIDI BROWN Heidi, originally from Boise, Idaho, has worked in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, cycling instructor, group exercise coordinator, and fitness service manager. Her enthusiasm for fitness builds on her background in competitive basketball, volleyball, and track. MAREN KRAVITZ Maren, a personal trainer and fitness instructor, is an avid runner and cyclist. She graduated from Boston University in 2002, and is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has completed 8 marathons since 2006 and currently competes in duathalons. She also excels in tennis and spent a number of years coaching the sport. Maren is co-owner of the Training Room. |
JASON PAK Jason is a personal trainer and a corrective exercise specialist certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He specializes in rehabilitating and preventing injuries through a no-nonsense approach to training. ROZANNE PULEO Roz has been a cycling instructor for seven years. A competitive cyclist since 1999, she won two national championships (in 2007 and 2008) in the mountain bike discipline of Super D and founded Boston LUNA Chix Cycling, a team dedicated to getting more women into cycling. Roz has an extensive background in the health and fitness industries and is currently studying to become a nurse practitioner. |
LAUREN PERREAULT Lauren is a personal trainer and group exercise instructor certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Her background as a competitive gymnast sparked her enthusiasm for health and fitness. She completed her first triathlon in the summer of 2008 in which she won her age division and found a new passion for swimming and cycling. She is currently pursuing a Journalism degree at Northeastern University which she hopes to use as a medium to reach a broader audience through writing about exercise, fitness and nutrition. |
