
A: We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for all group classes. If you cancel out of a class less than 12-hours before the class start time, you will be charged for the class. Clients with the Unlimited Monthly Class Package will be charged an additional $6 cancellation fee.
Q: What is the personal training appointment cancellation policy?
A: We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all personal training appointments and fitness assessments. If you cancel your appointment less than 24-hours before your scheduled time, you will be charged for the session.
Q: Do you have showers and lockers at your facility?
A: We do have a single private shower. We reserve the use of the shower for one-on-one personal training clients. Class participants may use the shower if it unoccupied, but we cannot guarantee that the shower will be available for class participants. We have a wall of cubbies for your personal belongings, but no lockable storage, so please leave your valuable items at home or in the car.
Q: Do you have parking?
A: We have three reserved parking spaced in the lot adjacent to our facility. If a marked space is free lot, you are welcome to park there. Otherwise, there is plenty of 2-hour street parking along Somerville Avenue.
Q: What should I bring to my session or class?
A: Always bring proper workout attire, footwear, and a water bottle. We provide filtered water and workout towels.
Q: Can I use the facility to workout on my own?
A: Since space is limited we do not allow clients open use of the facility. We build custom workout programs to be completed at your home, school, or area gym when you are not training or participating in a group class.
A: You will receive an email prior to the start of class for all unplanned class cancellations. In the event of a weather-related cancellation, please check the website to see if the class will be held. You may also call our studio at 617.284.6088 for information about potential cancellations.
Q: How do I set up a fitness assessment and what are my options?
A: We offer a half hour assessment and a full hour assessment.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We are an appointment only facility so we do not keep regular business hours. We are open anytime we are meeting with a client or a class is being held. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.
Q: What are your membership rates?
A: We do not have membership fees. Each service we offer is pay-as-you go. You can purchase single services or buy in a package to reduce the cost. Please note the expiration date of your individual service or package.
Q: What kind of indoor bikes do you have and are they equipped for cycling shoes?
A: We have StarTrac Spinner Pro bikes that are equipped with both an adjustable toe cage and SPD compatible clips.
