Personal Trainer
Alex is a personal trainer through the NSCA, FMS, and a certified Precision Nutrition Coach. After playing four years of baseball at Vassar College, Alex’s personal training career began after he took a desk job and realized how many of his coworkers struggled to achieve their fitness goals while keeping a traditional “nine to five.” He believes this background has helped him understand and appreciate the challenges of exercising and eating right in everyday life. Most recently, Alex completed a stint at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning, where he worked with a wide range of young athletes and adults.
