TRAC bridges the gap between one-on-one training and group classes. It is a twice weekly, structured and progressive group training program that starts at the beginning of each month. TRAC participants follow a strength and conditioning program that is tailored to the needs of each individual. Progress is recorded and referenced in every session to promote better results. In addition to the workouts, TRAC addresses sleep quality, stress levels and nutrition habits by encouraging participants to set supplementary behavior goals. Because the groups are small and meet at set times, TRAC participants develop a sense of support, community and accountability. TRAC is offered at both of our locations.
