TRAC

TRAC bridges the gap between one-on-one training and group classes. It is a twice weekly, structured and progressive group strength program that starts at the beginning of each month. Because the groups are small and meet at set times, TRAC participants develop a sense of support, community and accountability. Currently, TRAC is offered both virtually and in person.

​What to expect when you sign up for TRAC:

  • functionally sound movement training integrated with strength training and conditioning twice per week

  • low participant to instructor ratio

  • accountability, motivation, structure and community

New participants are required to have a baseline understanding and solid movement pattern in the following exercises: deadlifts, squats, Turkish get-ups and kettlebell swings.
